Let us keep your dog cool at boot camp!

At our air conditioned training facility we offer boot camp and daycare Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. We have play groups and treadmills as well as individual training. The first day you come your dog must go through a boot camp evaluation.

OUR BOOT CAMP AND DAYCARE WILL BE OPEN ON MEMORIAL DAY

If you are in classes check with your trainer to verify if they will hold classes.

SmartyPaws will be taking over the production of the three annual NADAC trials previously managed by Rino Agility in Norco, California starting with the June 20–22, 2025 trial. Rally ~
Saturday at 2 p.m.
Rancho Main Training Center with Donna Mullin
This monthly class may not be full. Call the office to see class availability.
The Rally group is thinking of including training for Rally Elements and Freestyle Dancing. Let us know if you are interested in these fun new type of Rally or Freestyle training. The Rally I class will focus on developing the dog-handler teamwork connection. Focus will be on establishing the dog’s attention to handler. Students will also learn how to properly perform each Novice Rally sign/exercise; how the sign/exercise is scored; and the steps required to train each skill or behavior.

Puppy Social Hour  ~
Saturday 5/17/2025 at 12:30 p.m.
Rancho Main Training Center with Johnna Holland
This class is for puppies 6 months and younger.  We will introduce puppies to various surfaces, sounds, and other noises they might encounter as they grow up.  The trainer is happy to answer any puppy questions you may have during the social.

KinderPuppy ~ for puppies up to six months ~
Saturday 5/24/2025 – 7/5/2025 at 11 a.m. at Rancho Main Training Center with Yvonne Klatt
This class gives the puppy the fundamentals to be a good companion at home as well as out in public, at the groomers, or veterinarian.
Puppies learn basic commands such as sit, down, come and stay. Exercises learned include walking on a leash, puppy retrieves, stand for exam, petting by strangers and recall games. You must attend the first 2 classes.
Discussion in this session include: house training, chewing, bite inhibition, handling, correct use of toys, crate training, jumping, digging, socializing, and individual issues of the puppy and his family.

AKC Titled Trick Class  ~
Friday 6/6/2025 – 6/27/2025 at 7:30 p.m. 4 sessions of 1 hour lessons
Rancho Main Training Center with Johnna Holland
The AKC “Trick Dog” is a new title event sponsored by AKC as of March 2017. Each dog will perform 10 tricks of their choice to earn a Novice Title. Once the dog has earned a Novice Title, they may advance to Intermediate, Advanced, and Trick Dog Performer. Dogs should know basic obedience commands**
This class is fun and mentally stimulating that both you and your pup will enjoy. In this class, your dog will learn a trick a week or more. By the end of this course your dog could be the show stopper at your next get together!

Reactive Dog Class ~
Sunday 7/6/2025 – 7/27/2025 at 7:30 p.m. at Rancho Main Training Center with Julie Braun
This four-week course is designed specifically for dogs who struggle with reactivity, fear, or anxiety around other dogs, people, or environmental triggers. Building off your dog’s existing obedience skills (Levels 1-2), this class focuses on teaching calm behavior, strengthening the dog-handler relationship, and giving both you and your dog practical tools to navigate the world with more confidence.
Through controlled setups, engagement games, and positive reinforcement, we’ll guide your dog toward better focus, emotional recovery, and real-world success.
Prerequisite: Completion of Obedience Level 2 or equivalent.

CONFORMATION LESSON DATE NIGHT

Saturday 5/17/2025 ► two sessions available at 5pm and 7pm  
One hour conformation lesson is $25 at Rancho Main Training Center with Johnna Holland

The AKC “Conformation” Lesson is a new date night event .

TRICK DOG DATE NIGHT

Saturday 6/28/2025 ► Two sessions available at 5pm and 7pm  
One hour of training, testing after class is included. $25 at Rancho Main Training Center with Johnna Holland

The AKC “Trick Dog” is a new title event sponsored by AKC. Each dog will perform 10 tricks of their choice to earn a Novice Title. Once the dog has earned a Novice Title, they may advance to Intermediate, Advanced, and Trick Dog Performer. Dogs should know basic obedience commands. If the dog has earned a CGC title, they will only need 5 tricks to earn their Novice Title in this class.

Another Trial from Friends in Southern Utah

In addition to the Southern Utah Dog Agility trial May 16-18 NADAC trial at Washington County’s Legacy Park in Hurricane, SUDS is also hosting another trial July 18-20 in their indoor arena. Are you looking for those hard-to-get Chance Qs? SUDS is having Chances all three days!

Nail Trims are cash only. The upcoming nail trims will be May 22, June 5 and June 19 from 10:30-11:30 am. Please call (702) 396-8501 or (702) 267-6001 when you arrive to get in the que; stay in your car we will come out to get your dog. $10 and up per dog.
