Smarty Paws Canine Coaching

After a long absence, Denise Beckwith will be returning to SmartyPaws. She will be teaching Basic Obedience and Beyond Basic Obedience classes on Monday night and all the classes on Saturday. She is a popular trainer and her classes fill up quickly. Welcome back, Denise!

We have a groomer that comes every other Fri. at 1:00pm to trim dog nails. She will be at SmartyPaws on Fri. May 17 and  May 31 this month.Her fee is just $5.00. No appointment necessary. However, please call the office if you plan to come.  

Now your children can experience their very own dog training classes. Starting June 17 your child can come to SmartyPaws and learn how to care for and train their "best friend". Children will learn how to handle their dog safely as well as how to handle a strange dog that they may encounter on the street. They will also learn how to train some basic obedience behavior as well as train easy cute tricks to their dogs. Dogs and children will experience the fun sport of dog agility. In addition, they will take part in some fun creative crafts that they can make for their dogs. This is a two week camp that will meet at 8:00am Mon. Wed. and Fri. Children should be at least 8 yrs. old and be able to handle the family dog. Class size is limited to 6 children. Additional classes may be added during the summer months. The cost for the two week session is $135.00.
