Eva is a tri color female Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She was born in Wasilla, Alaska and moved to Las Vegas at 3 months of age. It was apparent at an early age that Eva was more than just a pretty face. Before Eva could pursue her true calling she had to fulfill an obligation to her grandmother to get her conformation championship. Once that was out of the way Eva started seriously pursuing her passion for agility.
Eva loves speed. Eva's handler was very speed handling impaired and started going to Smarty Paws to learn how to handle a fast moving and thinking dog.
With a lot of patience and perseverance, Mary Kay, with Eva's help, has been able to get Eva's handler more comfortable working at a distance and giving directional commands while lagging behind her swift partner.
Eva's dream is that one day her handler will be able to completely let go of the umbilical cord so that Eva can realize her full potential.
A dog can dream can't she?
