I understand that participating in dog training is not without risk to myself, family members, guests who may be present, and my dog. I hereby waive and release Donna Foreman, SmartyPaws Canine Coaching and trainers, from any and all liability of any nature for injury or damage suffered as a result of my participation in any class or private lessons including any damage or injury resulting fromm the action of any person or dog, or any accident occurring on the premises or its surroundings. I agree and accept full responsibility for my actions and those of my family, guest and of my dog.
