I have been an animal lover since I was a child, raised with Boxers in San Diego I always had a thing for training them to sit, stay, come, roll over, shake and speak, not realizing this was the beginning of basic obedience. I acquired my first show dog in 2010 a Rottweiler named Vinny. Our journey began showing in California, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona. Along the way I’ve been truly blessed, mentored and working along side with some of the top professional handlers and breeders. I’ve had the opportunity and privilege to train and show many breeds such as Rottweilers, Great Danes, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Irish Wolf Hounds, American Staffordsire Terrier, Boston Terriers, Tibetian Spaniels, Siberian Huskies and the Dogue De Bordeaux. It’s been an amazing and fun journey showing dogs and winning Group, BOB, BOS, BOW, Select, and Best Puppy.
My fiancé and I currently own two male Rottweilers, first and foremost they are our furry babies before show dogs, both in the show circuit they also graduated from basic obedience and Canine Good Citizen. We are strong advocates for the ‘dominant breeds’ and our passion for Rottweilers runs deep as thas they are so misunderstood and often banned from many great opportunities, but with the right breeding program, training, and patience it is true ‘You certainly can teach an old dog new tricks!’
